Cut down on red meat, eggs, canned food, dairy products, garlic, onion, sweet potato, asparagus, tomato, broccoli, peas, beans, and soy.I've been burping all day every 3-5 minutes. They taste like overly boiled, almost rotten eggs but I haven't had eggs for a while. I have gas too. Does anybody know what's going on with me? ... I've never had those symptoms before one, but I know a few people who have the rotten burping and excess farting as warning signs of a vomit fest..
