Carli arms really are more about bling than function. They are notched to give 1/2" additional clearance at full steering lock. This is completely a non-issue with greater offset wheels and 37s.The 6.2 is a lot cheaper/easier to maintain. As long as your not towing all the time there is really no need for a diesel in my opinion. My 6.2 is faster 0-60 than my cummins was it just doesn't have the low end torque of the diesel.
