It sucks big time and hopefully the developers are making plans to get this working. I usually skip the simple house for my villagers, going straight to the 4 person size house and go straight to the plank roof and stone walls. More work but totally worth the effort. 5.BUT all the houses will look the same if you want them to provide the best insulation and to spend less firewood during winter in the process. So it is up to you if you are building houses with some variations of walls and roofs to make you village look little more believable and nice.
